基于任务驱动式“茶学毕业综合实习”新模式探索

【摘要】 "茶学毕业综合实习"是茶学专业本科生在毕业前夕进行的一项重要实践教学环节。为满足新农科人才培养的高要求,毕业实习课程组对本门实践课程教学模式进行了改革探索。课程组首先分析了毕业实习运行现状和学习情况,接着采用网络问卷调查了用人单位对茶学专业毕业生的要求和产品研发需求,进而确定实习内容、改革课程运行模式、调整课程考核方式和组建多学科交叉教学团队,由此探索出以"动态变化实习内容、任务驱动、多元化终结型考核"为特征的茶学专业毕业实习的新模式。

【Abstract】 “Graduation comprehensive practice of tea science” is an important practical teaching link for undergraduates majoring in tea science before graduation.In order to meet the high requirements of cultivating new agricultural talents, the graduation practice course group has explored the reform of the teaching mode of this practical course.The course group first has analyzed the current situation of graduation practice operation and learning situation, and then uses the network questionnaire survey to investigate the employers’ requirements for tea specialty graduates and demand for product researching and developing, and then has determined the practice content, reformed the course operation mode, adjusted the course assessment method and established a multidisciplinary cross teaching team, so as to explore a new mode of graduation practice of tea specialty characterized by “dynamic change of practice content, task-driven, and diversified final assessment”.
