突出农工交融的高等农业院校水利工程卓越人才培养体系创建与实践

【摘要】 面向新工科、新农科背景下国家农业与水利工程科技创新对卓越人才培养的重大需求,按照"顶层设计、试点先行、逐步推进"的总体思路,将产出导向、学生中心、持续改进机制等工程教育先进理念与人才培养实际需求相融合,创建并实践了高等农业院校水利工程卓越人才培养体系。重点解决高等农业院校水利工程卓越人才培养过程中工农交叉融合的复杂性,培养标准和方案的系统性、整体性设计不足,持续改进机制缺乏的问题;工程与农业深度交叉、工程技术与非技术要素有机融合、行业院校学生通专平衡等多重需求协调的难题;学生解决复杂工程问题与创新能力不足、教师教学科研不平衡及立志服务"三农"意识薄弱等问题,为农业院校水利类专业人才培养够提供了示范样板。

【Abstract】 Under the background of new engineering and new agricultural sciences, China is now facing significant requirements of national agricultural and hydraulic engineering technology innovation for excellent talent cultivation.Adhering to the overall idea of “top-level design, pilot first, and gradual advancement”,China Agricultural University integrates advanced concepts of engineering education(outcome-based, student-centered, and continuous improvement mechanism) with the actual needs of talent training, an excellent talent cultivation system for hydraulic engineering in agricultural colleges and universities has been established and practiced.The established cultivation system mainly focuses on solving key issues as follows: the complexity of the cross-integration of engineering and agriculture in the process of cultivating excellent hydraulic engineering talents in agricultural colleges and universities, the lack of systematic and overall design of training standards and programs, and the lack of continuous improvement mechanisms; multi reequipment coordination difficulties such as deep intersection of engineering and agriculture, the organic integration of engineering technology and non-technical elements, and balance between general and professional education for industry university students; students’ insufficient ability of to solve complex engineering problems and innovation, teachers’ unbalance of teaching and research, and weak awareness of serving the “three rural”.It provides a demonstration model for the talent cultivation of hydraulic engineering in agricultural colleges and universities.
