稻谷机械化烘干技术简述

【摘要】 稻谷干燥是水稻生产中的重要组成部分,每年因未能及时干燥到安全存储含水率而造成的粮食霉变损失达到5%,自然晾晒已经不能满足稻谷干燥需求,稻谷机械化烘干需求日益增长。机械化干燥是提高稻谷烘干效率、均匀含水率、提升稻米口感的重要手段。本文通过阐述稻谷机械化干燥技术要点、目前国内主要稻谷烘干机型工作原理及其特点,为农业生产经营者进行粮食收获后烘干作业提供参考。

【Abstract】 Rice drying is an important part of rice production. Natural drying can no longer meet the needs of rice drying. The annual loss of food mildew caused by failure to dry in time to reach safe storage moisture content reaches 5%, and the demand for mechanized rice drying is increasing. Mechanized drying is an important means to improve rice drying efficiency, uniform moisture content, and improve the taste of rice. This article briefly describes the main points of the mechanized rice drying technology, the working principles and characteristics of the current main domestic rice drying models and provides a reference for agricultural producers and operators to provide post-harvest drying operations.
