基于核磁共振技术的有机结构分析教学研究

【摘要】 有机化合物结构分析是分析化学重要组成部分,核磁共振技术为有机化合物结构解析提供了可靠保证。在教学工作中,我们通过PBL教学法和案例教学法提高了学生的学习效果。在大学生创新项目研究中,学生通过学习和应用该技术,提高了实验技能。通过对水杨酸、阿司匹林和青蒿素的核磁共振分析,学生了解了核磁共振在解决有机化合物结构中的重要意义和应用前景,学生的学习积极性得到了提高。

【Abstract】 The structural analysis of organic compounds is an important part of analytical chemistry, and nuclear magnetic resonance technology provides a reliable guarantee for the structural analysis of organic compounds. In the teaching work, we have improved the learning effect of students through PBL teaching method and case teaching method. In the research of college students’ innovation projects, students have improved their experimental skills by learning and applying the technology of NMR. Through the NMR analysis of salicylic acid, aspirin and artemisinin, students understand the important significance and application prospects of NMR in solving the structure of organic compounds, and their enthusiasm for learning has been improved.
