【Abstract】 This paper describes the design of course content promoting the students learning interest by taking the scientific spirit behind the “Nobel” prize as ideological and political materials, and the two chapters “foundation of fine organic synthesis” and “nitrification and nitrosation” were used as examples based on the analysis of the teaching characteristics and teaching objectives of fine organic synthesis chemistry.
