竹纤维素膜的制备及性能研究
Preparation and Characterization of Bamboo Cellulose Membrane
【摘要】 以宜宾廉价易得的楠竹为原料,利用20 %的硝酸-乙醇法提取的竹纤维素,经活化处理后溶于LiCl/DMAc体系,并采用相转化法制得竹纤维素膜。对竹纤维素膜进行了傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)的表征并进行了竹纤维素膜的热学性能和堆肥降解实验。结果表明,成膜前后,由纤维素Ⅰ型变成纤维素Ⅱ型,结晶度降低,热稳定性略有下降,易生物降解
【Abstract】 With Yibin cheap and easy-to-obtain bamboo as raw material,bamboo cellulose,which was extracted by 20 % nitric acid-ethanol method,was activated and dissolved in N,N-dimethylacetamide/anhydrous lithium chloride system.and the bamboo cellulose membrane was obtained by phase transformation method.The bamboo cellulose membrane was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the thermal properties and composting degradation of bamboo cellulose membrane were carried out.The results show that before and after film formation,cellulose Ⅰ changes from cellulose type Ⅱ,the crystallization is reduced,the thermal stability is slightly reduced,and it is easy to biodegrade.
