新医科背景下化工制药课程教学的智勇探索
Wisdom and Courage in the Process of Education and Teaching under the Background of the New Medicine Science
【摘要】 在新形势下的大学校园里,教师们面对的学生是"网络原住民",他们有着活跃的思维。本文以新疆医科大学药学院为例,结合笔者教育教学经历,结合解惑补考、教学三步曲、因材施教,分析有关化学延续课程在教育教学过程中教师"智""勇"运用,剖析教育教学新动态。积极从学生出发的"以本为本",探索教学过程中的细节问题,对于教学质量的提高大有帮助。
【Abstract】 In the new situation of university campus, the teachers face are “network aborigines”, they have active thinking. Taking the Pharmacy College of Xinjiang Medical University as an example, this paper, combined with the author’s education and teaching experience, combined make up examination, three steps of teaching, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, analyzes the application of “wisdom” and “courage” of teachers in the process of education and teaching, and analyzes the new trends of education and teaching. It is helpful to improve the quality of teaching to explore the details of the teaching process from the perspective of students.
