【摘要】 随着网络教育的发展,线上线下混合式教学法在技术上日益成熟,这种教学法融合了线上教育和线下教育的优点,能取长补短,具有很好的发展前景。本文从课程准备、课程教学、课程效果三个方面介绍了这种教学方法在《食品酶学》教学过程中的应用,这种教学方法可调动学生的学习积极性,有利于学生自主学习,可较好地提高教学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of network education, online and offline hybrid teaching method is becoming more and more mature in technology. This teaching method combines the advantages of online education and offline education, learning from each other, and has a good development prospect. This paper introduces the application of this teaching method in the teaching process of Food Enzymology from three aspects of course preparation, course teaching and course effect.
