微纳米气泡喷淋技术处理涂装废气
Micro-nano Bubble Spray Technology to Treat Coating Waste Gas
【摘要】 针对建筑涂装车间废气,采用微纳米气泡喷淋技术处理废气苯、甲苯和二甲苯,探讨了进气浓度、停留时间、喷淋液气比对"三苯"废气降解效率的影响。结果表明:当苯、甲苯和二甲苯的浓度分别为140 mg/m~3,280 mg/m~3,420 mg/m~3时,停留时间18 s、液气比4 L/m~3时,苯、甲苯和二甲苯的去除率分别达41.95%、49.63%、54.63%。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the exhaust gas of architectural painting workshops, micro-nano bubble spray technology was used to treat exhaust gas benzene, toluene and xylene. The effects of intake air concentration, residence time and spray liquid-gas ratio on the degradation efficiency of exhaust gas were discussed. The results showed that when the concentrations of benzene, toluene and xylene were 140 mg/m~3, 280 mg/m~3 and 420 mg/m~3, the residence time was 18 s and the liquid-gas ratio was 4 L/m~3. The removal rates of benzene, toluene and xylene reached 41.95 %, 49.63 % and 54.63 %.
