基于工程放大理念的化工原理搅拌实验教学改革

【摘要】 化工过程中的放大是化工产品从小型实验室规模的研究过渡到工业化生产的一个重要步骤,将工程放大理念融入到化工原理多相搅拌实验的教学中是提高学生工程能力的一个有效手段。通过改造实验设备、改变实验介质、更新实验教学方案等方面进行了一系列的教学改革。这些改革在拓展和丰富现有的实验内容的同时,进一步强化了学生的综合能力和创造能力,增强了学生对"工程放大"的理解,更好的实现了新工科背景下人才工程能力的培养。

【Abstract】 Scale up in the chemical process is an important step in the transition of chemical products from small-scale laboratory research to industrial production. Incorporating the concept of engineering scale up into the teaching of multiphase mixing experiments of chemical engineering principles is an effective means to improve students’ engineering practice ability. A series of teaching reforms have been carried out by revamping experiment equipment, changing experiment media, and updating experiment teaching plan. These reforms expand the current experimental content, help student to improve their creative abilities and understand the concept of "engineering scale up", furthermore, the engineering ability of talent is better improved under the background of emerging engineering education.
