【摘要】 近年来,高校实验室安全事故屡有发生,暴露了在实验室安全管理方面仍存在许多漏洞。研究生是高校科研工作的主力军,但研究生进行实验过程中,多存在安全意识薄弱、安全工作内容不全、监管体系与设施不全等问题,所以实验室安全管理工作愈加重要和紧迫。本文通过分析高校医学类研究生的实验室安全管理体系,剖析日常管理工作的不足,针对管理体系中存在的不足和薄弱环节,给出了实验室安全管理的可行性建议,以期能为高校医学研究生实验室安全管理工作的进一步提升,提供一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, laboratory safety accidents in colleges and universities have occurred frequently, exposing many loopholes in laboratory safety management. Graduate students are the main group of scientific researchers in universities. However, in the course of their experiments, there are many problems such as weak safety awareness, incomplete safety work, and incomplete supervision systems and facilities. Therefore, laboratory safety management is becoming more important and urgent. This article analyzes the laboratory safety management system of medical graduate students in universities and the shortcomings of daily management work. Aiming at the shortcomings and weaknesses in the management system, this paper gives feasible recommendations for laboratory safety management. The article may provide an useful reference to improve the safety management of medical graduate laboratories in universities.更多还原
