【Abstract】 Chemical engineers must be provided with capacity of knowledge innovation in the Emerging Engineering Education Station. In this article, the existing problems in the personnel training of chemical engineering are analyzed and summarized. A new approach cultivating of students’ ability in chemical engineer is studied and explored. In this way, we have got better results in teaching.
