不同干燥方法对北沙参中5种香豆素及多糖含量的影响分析

【摘要】 目的:考察不同的干燥方法对北沙参中的化学成分香豆素类及多糖含量的影响,以期为确定北沙参产地适宜的干燥方法提供理论依据。方法:采用晒干、阴干、热风烘干(70℃、60℃、50℃、40℃)及微波等不同的干燥方法对北沙参进行干燥;运用HPLC法测定北沙参中补骨脂素、花椒毒素、佛手柑内酯、欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量;运用苯酚-硫酸法测定北沙参中多糖的含量;通过TOPSIS法分析比较不同的干燥方法对北沙参化学成分含量变化的影响。结果:经不同干燥方法处理的北沙参中香豆素类及多糖类化学成分含量存在明显差异,综合评价结果表明,不同干燥方法处理过的北沙参按其成分综合含量由高到低排序为:50℃热风烘干>70℃热风烘干>阴干>微波干燥>60℃热风烘干>40℃热风烘干>晒干。结论:考虑实际生产情况,50℃热风烘干为北沙参产地较适宜的干燥方法,可为北沙参在产地加工过程中干燥方法的确定提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 Objective: Different drying methods are investigated for their influence on the chemical compositions such as cumarin and polysaccharide content in Radix Glehniae to provide theoretical basis for the determination of drying methods that are appropriate for the production of Radix Glehniae. Methods: Different drying methods such as sun drying, shade drying, hot-wind drying(70 ℃, 60 ℃, 50 ℃, 40 ℃) and microwave are applied for the drying of Radix Glehniae. HPLC method is applied for the determination of psoralen, xanthotoxin, bergapten, imperatorin, and isoimperatorin content in Radix Glehniae. Phenol-sulfuric acid method is applied for the determination of polysaccharide content in Radix Glehniae. TOPSIS method is applied to analyze and compare the influence of different drying methods on the variation of chemical compositions in Radix Glehniae. Results: The content of chemical compositions such as cumarin and polysaccharide in Radix Glehniae exists with significant difference after the process of different drying methods. The result of the comprehensive evaluation indicates that Radix Glehniae processed with different drying methods are ranked from high to low for its comprehensive content of compositions as follows: 50 ℃ dry heating>70 ℃ hot wind drying>shade drying>microwave drying>60 ℃ hot wind drying>40 ℃ hot wind drying>sun drying. Conclusion With the consideration of the actual production condition, 50 ℃ hot wind drying is the comparatively appropriate drying method for the production of Radix Glehniae which provides reference for the determination of the drying methods in the production of Radix Glehniae.
