智能化时代Π型工程科技人才培养模式构建——基于8个典型案例的扎根研究
On Construction of Π Type Engineering Talent Training Mode in Intelligent Age——Based on Grounded Study of 8Typical Cases
【摘要】 智能化时代三元知识空间呼唤在两个专业领域具备纵深知识的Π型工程科技人才,然而该类人才的研究很少见。本研究选取8个"智能"相关的典型案例进行扎根分析,得出智能化时代Π型工程科技人才培养模式的6大关键要素,包括人才培养目标、教学模式、课程设置、师资队伍、培养平台、学生能力等。本研究结果丰富了Π型工程科技人才类别及其内涵,构建了智能化时代Π型工程科技人才培养模式的理论模型。未来高校应明确跨学科培养目标,深化现有工科专业与"智能"交叉融合;强化跨学科培养整体设计理念,形成开放式、多维度培养过程。
【Abstract】 The intelligent age calls for Π-type engineering talent with in-depth knowledge in two professional fields, but research on this type of talent is rare. This study selected 8 domestic and foreign typical cases related to "intelligence" for rooted analysis, and obtained the 6 key elements of the Π-type engineering talent training model in the intelligent era, including talent training goals, teaching models, curriculum settings, teaching staff, training platform, student ability. According to the research results, this research has enriched the types and connotations of Π-type engineering talent, and constructed a theoretical model of the Π-type engineering talent training model in the intelligent era. At the end of the article, it is proposed that future universities should clarify the interdisciplinary training goals, deepen the cross integration of existing engineering majors and "intelligence"; strengthen the overall design concept of interdisciplinary training, and form an open, multi-dimensional training process.
