面向未来的新工科教育与“成电方案”2.0的迭代创新

【摘要】 我国新工科教育扎实有效的探索与实践,逐步呈现出一种崭新的高等教育形态,涌现了一批改革成果。面向后疫情时代新基建、新科技、新产业、新经济的发展机遇与挑战,"成电方案"2.0将兼收中国新工科教育最新成就和世界最前沿高等工程教育先进理念,聚力创新,迭代突破,构筑"融通互哺"人才培养共同体、成体系的"科研育人"新工程教育平台、全流程设计的链条式课程体系、"四制一化"人才成长生态,打造新工科创新领军人才培养全新场景,推动形成新工科教育的"中国方案"与引领范式。

【Abstract】 With the effectively solid exploration and practice in china’s emerging engineering education, the higher education gradually presented a new form and plenty of reform achievements have springing up. Facing the opportunities and challenges which come from new infrastructure, new technology, new industries and new economy in the post-COVID-19 era, the "UESTC-New E~3"2.0 plan will combine the latest emerging engineering educational achievements in China and the frontier higher engineering educational concepts in the world. This plan concentrates on innovation and iterative breaking. It will build an "integration and mutual nurturing" talent development community, a "research training" systematic new engineering educational platform, a whole-process design chain curriculum system, "four systems integration" talent growth ecology. This plan will also create the new scene for training engineering innovation leaders and drive to form the "China’s plan" in emerging engineering education.
