大体积混凝土承台水化热分析及温控措施研究

【摘要】 以实际工程项目承台为研究对象,通过采集现场实际装有冷管的承台温度、应力等监测数据,与数值模拟进行对比,再通过数值模拟对大体积混凝土承台有无冷管的水化热、应力等进行研究,最后根据结果提出相应温控措施,以保障承台浇筑质量。结果表明:装有冷水管的承台数值模拟水化热温度、应力与实际情况相吻合;装有冷水管的承台水化热实测温度为73.4℃,不超过实测最大温度;实测最大应力为1.29Mpa,符合应力要求;未安装冷水管的承台会产生裂缝。

【Abstract】 With actual engineering project platform as the research object,the monitoring data of the temperature and stress of the pile cap with cold pipes on site are collected and compared with numerical simulation.Then the hydration heat and stress of the mass concrete platform with and without cold water pipes are studied through numerical simulation.Finally,temperature control measures are put forward to ensure the construction quality of the concrete cap.The results show that:(1) the numerical simulation of the hydration heat and stress of the caps with cold pipes are in line with real situation;(2) the actual measured temperature of caps with cold pipes is 73.4℃,not exceeding the highest temperature monitored in practice,and the actual measured stress is 1.29 Mpa,which is in accord with the requirements;(3) the caps without cold water pipes will have cracks.
