基于虚拟现实的电厂智慧维护培训仿真系统

【摘要】 电厂运行人员的操作培训和电厂维护检修是保障机组安全、稳定、经济运行的关键。论文提出了一种基于虚拟现实技术的电厂智慧维护培训仿真系统,详细介绍了系统的总体架构、设计方案和功能。智慧维护培训仿真系统通过可视化的虚拟现实呈现手段,可有效提升运行人员的培训效果,同时其调用的实时运行数据可以为机组运行提供安全预警和预测分析,为未来智能化电厂的发展和人员培训提供了新思路。

【Abstract】 The operation training of power plant operators and the maintenance and repair of thermal power plants are the keys to ensure the safe,stable and economic operation of units.Herein,an intelligent maintenance and training simulation system for power plant based on virtual reality technology is demonstrated.The overall framework,design scheme and functions of the system are introduced in detail.The as-presented system can effectively improve the training effect of the crew through the visual virtual reality interaction.The real-time operation data invoked by the system can provide safety warning and prediction analysis for the operation of units.This system can provide a new idea for the development of intelligent power plants and corresponding personnel training in the future.
