【Abstract】 He Mengxiong is the second editor-in-chief of Workers Weekly. With his systematic theoretical knowledge of Marxism-Leninism and rich practical experience,Workers Weekly presented new features and set a new trend for the development of the newspaper industry of the Communist Party of China.
