【摘要】 为探讨双能量CT与X线片对急性肠梗阻的诊断价值,选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的急性肠梗阻患者200例作为诊断对象,采用双能量CT与X线片进行诊断。比较双能量CT与X线片诊断急性肠梗阻病因及类型阳性情况、诊断体验效果及临床诊断价值。结果显示,X线片诊断肠肿瘤、肠粘连、肠套叠阳性例数分别是57例、74例和29例,双源CT诊断肠肿瘤、肠粘连、肠套叠阳性例数分别是60例、96例和32例。双源CT诊断肠肿瘤、肠粘连、肠套叠阳性率高于X线片(P <0.05)。组内比较发现,X线片、双源CT急性肠梗阻病因阳性率差异比较有统计学意义(P <0.05)。X线片诊断急性肠梗阻机械型54例、绞窄型61例、动力型58例,双源CT诊断急性肠梗阻机械型60例、绞窄型72例、动力型64例。双源CT诊断急性肠梗阻机械型、绞窄型、动力型阳性率高于X线片(P <0.05)。组内比较发现,X线片、双源CT急性肠梗阻类型阳性率差异比较均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。双源CT舒适度、图像清晰度评分高于X线片(P <0.05),操作复杂度评分低于X线片(P <0.05)。X线片、双源CT组内比较舒适度、图像清晰度及操作复杂度评分差异比较均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。双源CT灵敏度、特异度高。结果表明,双能量CT用于诊断急性肠梗阻能提升诊断价值,有利于临床明确病因及类型,建议使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was to investigate the diagnostic value of double-power CT and X-ray film on acute intestinal obstruction(AIO),enrolled 200 AIO patients treated in author’s hospital(2018-01-2019-12)into this research:they received double-power CT and X-ray film inspection;then,compared both inspections’ status on the diagnosis of pathogenesis,and types,as well their positivity;diagnostic experience efficacy;and both of diagnostic values.As results,X-ray film inspected out intestinal tumor of 57 cases,intestinal adhesion of 74 cases,and intussusception of 29 cases;while double-power CT,respectively 60,96 and 32,thus double-power CT’s positivity ratio was higher than X-ray film(P <0.05);intra-group comparison shown in diagnosed pathogenesis positivity ratio there all was statistical difference between both inspections(P<0.05);in diagnosed types,X-ray film inspected out mechanism type of 54 cases,strangulation type of 61 cases,dynamic type of 58 cases,while double-power CT,respectively,60,72 and 64,thus in positivity ratio of diagnosed types the latter was higher than the former(P <0.05);intra-group comparison shown the difference of both inspections had statistical significance(P <0.05);in the score ratings on comfort degree,and image defining power double-power CT was higher than X-ray film(P <0.05),but in manipulation complex degree,the score ratings lower than X-ray film(P <0.05),intra-group comparison shown in above-mentioned three score ratings there all was statistical difference between the two inspections(P <0.05).And double-power CT had high sensitivity and specifility.Results show that double-power CT can uplift diagnostic value on AIO,is beneficial to clinically confirm AIO’s pathogenesis and types,suggested use it.更多还原
