下穿原油管线隧道爆破振动响应研究

【摘要】 为了研究不同掏槽方式下的爆破振动能量分布及变化规律,以中俄原油管道二线工程呼玛河隧道穿越中俄原油管道一线隧道的爆破施工为依托,通过监测爆破振动数据,采用小波包等分析技术,分析典型爆破振动信号的频谱特性、能量分布和衰减规律,研究下穿斜交隧道开挖过程爆破振动作用下运营原油管线隧道的动力响应特性。结果表明:中俄原油管道一线隧道受地震波叠加的影响较小,主要受z方向的振动影响;采用直掏比斜掏对中俄原油管道一线隧道的影响更小;z方向的总能量和3个方向的能量之和随距离的衰减规律均可采用指数函数表示。

【Abstract】 In order to study the blasting vibration energy distribution and variation of different cutting methods, the blasting construction of Huma River tunnel in the second-line oil pipeline project of China and Russia, which crosses the first-line oil pipeline project of China and Russia, is taken as the object of study. According to the monitoring data of blasting vibration, and with the use of the wavelet packet analysis technology, the frequency spectrum characteristics and the energy distribution and attenuation laws of typical blasting vibration signals are analyzed. The dynamic response characteristics of the oil pipeline tunnel in use caused by the under passing tunnel blasting excavation is studied. The results show that the first-line oil pipeline project of China and Russia is less affected by the seismic wave superposition, but mainly affected by vibration in z direction, that the influence of direct cutting on the first-line oil pipeline project of China and Russia is smaller than that of oblique cutting, and that the attenuation laws with distance of the total energy in z direction and the sum of the energy in 3 directions can be expressed by exponential function.
