穿越脉状破碎断层隧道光面爆破技术研究
Research on smooth blasting technology of tunnel passing through broken vein fault
【摘要】 为研究如何在复杂地质条件下的山岭隧道中开展光面爆破掘进工作,以贵州玉石高速公路项目某山岭隧道工程右线进口段为研究对象,结合光面爆破破岩理论和类似工程经验,再根据现场实际地质条件,详细地研究了周边孔爆破参数的设计、装药结构、起爆方式,提出了一套适用于节理裂隙发育、穿越破碎带断层的山岭隧道光面爆破方案。现场爆破效果显示:隧道开挖轮廓面清晰平整,不平整度小于8 cm,破碎带断层处围岩稳定,无炮振裂隙存在,周边孔孔痕率、炮孔利用率均达到90%以上。可为方案在节理裂隙发育、穿越破碎带断层的山岭隧道中实施提供借鉴和参考。
【Abstract】 In order to study how to carry out smooth blasting in mountain tunnel under complex geological conditions, the right line entrance section of a mountain tunnel project of Yushi expressway in Guizhou Province is taken as the research object. Based on the theory of smooth blasting and similar engineering experience, and according to the actual geological conditions of the site, the design of blasting parameters, charging structure and initiation mode of peripheral holes are studied in detail, and a set of smooth blasting scheme is put forward, which is suitable for the development of joints and fissures and the crossing of faults in the fracture zone. The blasting effect on site shows that the contour of tunnel excavation is clear and flat with unevenness less than 8 cm. In the fracture zone, the surrounding rock is stable and there is no blasting fracture. The rates of peripheral hole trace and blast hole utilization are all above 90%. It can provide reference for the implementation of the scheme in mountain tunnels with developed joints and fissures and through faults in fracture zone.
