紫苏新品种(系)在贵州不同生态地区的生产性能

【摘要】 【目的】探明不同紫苏新品种(系)在贵州不同生态区域的生产性能,为选育和推广适宜贵州山区种植的高产、优质紫苏新品种(系)提供理论依据。【方法】以选育的8个紫苏新品种(系)为研究对象,在贵阳、遵义、安顺、水城、黔西及兴义6个不同生态区域,对其生育期、农艺性状、抗性及产量等指标开展联合鉴定试验。【结果】贵苏1号、贵苏3号和贵苏7号的生态适应性、农艺性状和产量等综合性状表现较突出,生育期短、株高适中,茎秆较粗,生长势强、一致性好、抗病性、抗旱性及耐湿性强,产量分别为101.46 kg/667m~2、107.87 kg/667m~2和103.61 kg/667m~2,较产量均值(CK)高8.28%、15.14%和10.58%,丰产效应值分别为0.223 8、0.417 5和0.290 2,稳定性方差分别为0.171 0、0.053 0和0.012 0。【结论】贵苏1号、贵苏3号和贵苏7号3个品种增产显著,稳产性好,抗逆性强,可在贵州紫苏生产区域进一步种植推广。

【Abstract】 【Objective】The production performance of 8 new perilla varieties(lines) is determined in different ecological areas to provide the theoretical basis for breeding and popularization of new perilla varieties with high yield and good quality in Guizhou mountain region.【Method】The growth period, agronomic traits, resistance and yield of 8 new bred perilla varieties(lines) are identified in different ecological areas of Guiyang, Zunyi, Anshun, Shuicheng, Qianxi and Xingyi.【Result】The yield of Guisu 1, Guisu 3 and Guisu 7 with the advantages of good ecological adaptability, excellent agronomic traits, high yield, short growth period, appropriate plant height, thicker stem, strong growth vigor, good uniformity, higher disease resistance, strong drought resistance and strong wet resistance is 101.46 kg/667 m~2, 107.87 kg/667 m~2 and 103.61 kg/667 m~2, and 8.28%, 15.14% and 10.58% higher than the mean yield(CK) respectively. The high yield effect value and stability variance of Guisu 1, Guisu 3 and Guisu 7 are 0.223 8, 0.417 5 and 0.290 2,and 0.171 0, 0.053 0 and 0.012 0 separately.【Conclusion】Guisu 1, Guisu 3 and Guisu 7 with high yield, good stability and strong stress resistance should be further popularized in perilla growing areas of Guizhou.
