【Abstract】 In order to optimize the municipal general planning and management of basic medical insurance in Anhui Province,SWOT analysis model is used to analyze the internal strength and weakness,external opportunities and threats faced by the corresponding municipal general planning,through various influencing factors.Suggestions are proposed to optimize the insured personnel,establish risk pre-warning and burden sharing mechanisms,promote the reform of medical insurance payment mode,improve the management system of medical insurance,strengthen the internal and external supervision functions,broaden the investment channel of medical insurance fund,and strengthen the training and publicity of municipal general planning.更多还原
