水性硅丙乳液对硅酸盐富锌涂层防腐蚀性能的影响
Effects of Aqueous Silicone-Acrylate Emulsions on the Corrosion Resistance of Silicate Zinc-Rich Coatings
【摘要】 研究了水性硅丙乳液对硅酸盐富锌涂层防腐蚀性能的影响。利用中性盐雾试验对比了添加不同量乳液涂层的耐蚀性,借助扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射光谱等研究了涂层中金属锌的腐蚀产物及其对涂层性能的影响,通过电化学阻抗谱研究了腐蚀过程中涂层电阻、电容的变化,探讨了涂层的耐腐蚀机理。结果表明:涂层中锌的腐蚀产物主要有ZnO、Zn(OH)2、Zn5(OH)8Cl2·H2O等,这些产物可以使涂层更致密,且使涂层具有自修复作用。在30 g基料中掺入0.5 g水性硅丙乳液的涂层与基材具有较好的黏结性,涂层的防腐蚀性能显著提高,在1 000 h中性盐雾试验及3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡50 d后,涂层无明显腐蚀现象。
【Abstract】 The effect of water-based silicone-acrylic emulsion on the corrosion resistance of silicate zinc-rich coatings was studied. Neutral salt spray test was used to compare the corrosion resistance of the coating with different amounts of emulsion. With the aid of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy, the corrosion products of metallic zinc in the coating and their effects on the performance of the coating were studied. Through electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, the changes of coating resistance and capacitance during the corrosion process were studied, and the corrosion resistance mechanism of the coating was discussed. The results show that the corrosion products of zinc in the coating mainly include ZnO, Zn(OH)2, Zn5(OH)8Cl2·H2O, etc. These products can make the coating denser and have a self-repairing effect on the coating. The coating with 0.5 g of water-based silicone-acrylic emulsion mixed with 30 g of base material had good adhesion to the substrate, and the anti-corrosion performance of the coating was significantly improved. After a 1 000 h neutral salt spray test and being immersed in 3.5% NaCl solution for 50 d, the coating had no obvious corrosion.
