【摘要】 目的:观察乌头汤治疗肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例活动期肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组口服乌头汤治疗,对照组口服美洛昔康片治疗。2组均以4周为1个疗程。观察2组ASAS20疗效、ASAS40疗效、中医证候疗效,以及治疗前后脊柱痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、患者自我评价VAS评分、Bath强直性脊柱炎功能指数(BASFI)、Bath强直性脊柱炎活动指数(BASDAI)、中医证候积分等指标,并评估安全性。结果:治疗组ASAS40达标率为33.33%,明显优于对照组的6.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。2组中医疗效总有效率均为83.33%,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。治疗后,2组脊柱痛VAS评分、患者自我评价VAS评分、BASFI、BASDAI较治疗前均有一定改善,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);2组间各指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论:乌头汤对肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效较好,且安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wutou Tang(乌头汤)on ankylosing spondylitis ofkidney deficiency and Du Meridian cold type.Methods:Sixty cases of active ankylosing spondylitis of kidney deficiency and Du Meridian cold type were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Wutou Tang,while the control group was treated with meloxicam tablets.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course.The efficacy of ASAS20 and ASAS40,TCM syndrome efficacy,and evaluate the security,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of spinal pain,VAS score of patients’ self-evaluation,Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index(BASFI),Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Activity Index(BASDAI),TCM syndrome score and other indicators were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:The compliance rate of ASAS40 in the treatment group was 33.33%,which was significantly better than 6.67% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the two groups was 83.33%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).After treatment,the VAS,VAS score of spinal pain,VAS score of patients’ self-evaluation,BASDAI and BASFI of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Wutou Tang is effective and safe in treating ankylosing spondylitis of kidney deficiency and Du Meridian cold type.更多还原
