【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of current research and actual patent experience, this paper summarizes the general paradigm of patent infringement risk warning work. This paper describes the process of patent infringement risk early-warning comprehensively. It focuses on the dynamic assessment of risks by combining patents with market information and industry information, and constructs a framework of patent infringement risk early-warning.
