基于健康度分析与分层数据融合的导弹健康状态评估

【摘要】 针对导弹装备提出了一种基于健康度分析与分层数据融合的评价方法,可以实现对导弹健康状态的评估与分级。首先,利用导弹各个部件的性能参数计算部件的健康度,并通过部件的履历信息对其健康度进行修正。然后,对各部件的修正健康度进行分层数据融合,以得到导弹综合健康状态的评估结果。特别地,设计了一种基于惩罚型权重更新的健康度分层数据融合算法,能够有效提高导弹综合健康状态评估结果的合理性和可靠性。最后,利用导弹的性能参数数据对所提出的方法进行了仿真验证,仿真结果证明了所提方法的可行性与有效性。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a health state evaluation method based on health degree analysis and hierarchical data fusion is proposed for missiles, which can realize the evaluation and classification of missile health state. Firstly, the health degree of each component is calculated via the performance parameters of each component, and the health degree is then corrected by the resume information of the components. Based on the corrected health degrees of components, the hierarchical data fusion techniques are carried out to evaluate the comprehensive health state of the missile. Especially, a hierarchical data fusion algorithm of health degree based on penalty weight updating is designed in this paper, which effectively improves the rationality and reliability of the missile comprehensive health state evaluation result. Finally, the proposed method is verified by using the performance parameter data of a missile, and the simulation results show the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed approach.
