凹土负载钛硅分子筛催化剂的制备及催化性能

【摘要】 采用原位负载制备凹凸棒石黏土(凹土)负载钛硅分子筛(TS-1)催化剂,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、热重-差示扫描量热(TG-DSC)、低温氮吸附(BET)、扫描电镜(SEM)等对其进行表征分析。结果表明,凹土负载钛硅分子筛催化剂对合成丁酮肟有良好的催化作用。在凹土负载量为50%的条件下,该催化剂催化合成丁酮肟产率已接近TS-1为催化剂时的产率,达到97.5%,重复使用5次后丁酮肟产率为80.1%。

【Abstract】 The titanium silicate catalyst(TS-1) supported on attapulgite clay(attapulgite) was prepared by in-situ loading, and the catalyst was characterized by XRD, TG-DSC, BET and SEM. As the results showed, the titanium silicalite molecular sieve supported on attapulgite had a good catalytic effect on the synthesis of butanone oxime. When the load was 50%, the catalytic yield of methyl ethyl ketoxime with the attapulgite supported titanium silicate catalyst was close to that with the non-supported catalyst, and the catalytic yield reached 97.5%. The yield of butanone oxime could reach 80.1% after repeated use for 5 times.
