粉煤灰的农业高效资源化研究与应用

【摘要】 将粉煤灰与白云石、石膏、硫酸钾按一定比例混合,在1 000℃下高温焙烧制备土壤调理剂,在此基础上,加入Ca Cl2,考察Ca Cl2对调理剂理化性质的影响,并通过甘薯种植试验探究其作用效果。结果表明,在体系中添加2%的Ca Cl2能够保证调理剂中矿质元素有效含量,同时去除粉煤灰中大量重金属。该土壤调理剂对酸性土壤有一定的改良作用,能够提高土壤矿质元素含量,促进甘薯对营养物质的吸收,改善甘薯品质。本研究为粉煤灰在农业中综合利用提供了新方法。

【Abstract】 The fly ash was mixed with dolomite, gypsum and potassium sulfate in a certain proportion, and calcined at 1 000 ℃ to prepare the soil conditioner; on this basis, the influence of CaCl2 on the physical and chemical properties of the soil conditioner was investigated, and its effect was explored by the planting experiment of sweet potato. The results showed that adding 2% CaCl2 in the system can remove a lot of heavy metals in the fly ash while guaranteeing the effective content of mineral elements in the conditioner. The field trial results show that the soil conditioner can improve acid soil to a certain extent and increase the content of mineral elements in the soil. In addition, the soil conditioner can promote the absorption of nutrients by sweet potato and improve the quality of sweet potato. This study provides a new way for fly ash comprehensive utilization in the agriculture.
