膨胀石墨制备及其对柔性石墨抗拉强度的影响

【摘要】 以莫桑比克某鳞片石墨为原料,采用层压粉碎-分质分选工艺提纯,筛选+0.30 mm精矿制备膨胀石墨。结果表明,一次插层采用硫酸-过氧化氢氧化插层工艺;二次插层最佳条件:鳞片石墨10 g,KMnO4与石墨质量比为3∶10,冰乙酸44 mL,硝酸6 mL,反应温度20℃,反应时间2 h。制得的膨胀石墨膨胀容积为420 mL/g,碎屑率为1.8%,压制成的柔性石墨抗拉强度为10.28 MPa。

【Abstract】 The expanded graphite was prepared by using +0.30 mm flotation concentrate of flake graphite from Mozambique, applying particle bed breakage-grading separation technology. The results showed that the flake graphite was oxidized and intercalated by sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide in the first step; the optimum conditions in the second step were that flake graphite was 10 g, mass ratio of potassium permanganate to graphite was 3∶10, glacial acetic acid was 44 mL, nitric acid was 6 mL, reaction temperature was 20 ℃, reaction time was 2 hours. The expanded volume of expanded graphite was 420 mL/g, the debris rate was 1.8%, and the tensile strength of the flexible graphite was 10.28 MPa.
