高聚合度APP阻燃剂的制备研究

【摘要】 本试验通过研究聚磷酸铵(APP)阻燃剂的制备条件,制备高聚合度的结晶Ⅱ型与结晶Ⅴ型聚磷酸铵阻燃剂。结晶Ⅱ型聚磷酸铵的最佳试验条件为:磷酸氢二铵(DAP)、P2O5与三聚氰胺(MEL)摩尔配比为1∶1.2∶0.2,聚合温度为290℃,熟化温度为260℃,通氨流量0.5 L/min,熟化时间为3 h。结晶Ⅴ型聚磷酸铵的最佳试验条件为:DAP、P2O5与MEL摩尔配比为1∶1.1∶0.2,聚合温度为320℃,熟化温度为260℃,通氨流量为1.0 L/min,熟化时间为3 h。两种晶型聚磷酸铵制备条件差异证明结晶Ⅴ型聚磷酸铵是结晶Ⅱ型聚磷酸铵的高温产物。经过产品基础性能测试,两种阻燃剂P2O5含量、氮含量、溶解度、pH值符合H/GT 2770-2008《工业聚磷酸铵》中Ⅱ类产品要求。

【Abstract】 The preparation conditions of ammonium polyphosphate(APP) flame retardant were studied, and crystalline type II and crystalline ammonium polyphosphate type V flame retardants with high polymerization degree were prepared. The best experimental conditions for crystalline type II ammonium polyphosphate are: the molar ratio of DAP, P2O5 and MEL is 1∶1.2∶0.2, the polymerization temperature is 290 ℃, the maturation temperature is 260 ℃, the ammonia flow rate is 0.5 L/min, and the maturation time is 3 h. The best experimental conditions for crystalline type V ammonium polyphosphate are: the molar ratio of DAP, P2O5 and MEL is 1∶1.1∶0.2, the polymerization temperature is 320 ℃, the maturation temperature is 260 ℃, and the ammonia flow rate is 1.0 L/min, the maturation time is 3 h. The difference in the preparation conditions of the two crystalline ammonium polyphosphates showes that the crystalline type V ammonium polyphosphate is a high-temperature product of the crystalline type II ammonium polyphosphate. The products meet the phosphorus pentoxide content, nitrogen content, solubility, pH value performance requirements of Class II products in H/GT 2770-2008 "Industrial Ammonium Polyphosphate".
