铝胁迫下生长调节剂对杉木幼苗生长及光合特性的影响

【摘要】 以杉木实生苗为试验材料,采用单因素试验的方法,选择NAA、IAA、6-BA 3种生长调节剂,各设置3个浓度,研究铝胁迫下不同生长调节剂对杉木幼苗生长及光合特性的影响.结果表明:铝胁迫使杉木幼苗的根长与根冠比受到了抑制,杉木叶片的光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Cs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)以及光合色素(叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b和类胡萝卜素)含量明显降低,胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)明显提高.表明NAA、IAA和6-BA等3种生长调节剂促进了根的生长,提高了杉木幼苗的根冠比、Pn、Cs、Tr以及光合色素含量,降低了Ci,有效地减轻铝毒对杉木幼苗造成的不良影响.

【Abstract】 To study the efficacy of growth regulators(NAA, IAA and 6-BA) on alleviating the growth of Cunninghamia lanceolata seedlings undergoing aluminum(Al) stress, C.lanceolata seedlings were subject to 3 levels of Al stress by single factor test. The results showed that Al stress inhibited the root length/root crown ratio of C.lanceolata seedlings. The photosynthetic rate(Pn), stomatal conductance(Cs), transpiration rate(Tr) and contents of photosynthetic pigments(chlorophyll a, b, chlorophyll a + b and carotenoid) decreased significantly, while the intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(Ci) increased significantly. After treated with the 3 growth regulators, seedlings experienced alleviated Al toxicity. The symptoms included promoted root growth, increased root/shoot ratio, Pn, Cs, Tr, and contents of photosynthetic pigments, and reduced Ci. The study provides a theoretical basis for the tolerance mechanism to Al in C.lanceolata.
