【摘要】 为揭示蚬木(Excentrodendron hsienmu)种实表型性状及其发芽规律,于2020年,对在广西大新县那岭乡的蚬木天然林采集的9个单株的果实进行种实表型性状测定和发芽试验。结果表明,蚬木果实平均长47.40 mm、宽24.71 mm、柄长42.43 mm、千粒重2921.93 g;种子平均长15.38 mm、宽5.75 mm、厚4.94 mm、千粒重209.20 g,变异系数12.96%～29.84%;河沙或黄心土均可用作播种基质,带果瓣种子播后4～5 d小苗出土、8～9 d达峰值、12～13 d发芽结束,发芽率90%～94%;果实于4℃低温下贮藏发芽率和发芽指数均显著高于常温,2种温度的贮藏时间均不宜超过15 d。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2020,9 individual fruits were collected from a natural corbicula forest in Naling Township, Daxin County, Guangxi.We studied the phenotypic characters and germination rule of Excentrodendron hsienmu fruit and seed by measuring and germination experiment.Result showed that the average of fruit length is 47.40 mm, width is 24.71 mm, fruit stalks is 42.43 mm, weight of 1000 grain is 2921.93 g.The average of seed length is 15.38 mm, width is 5.75 mm, thickness is 4.94 mm, weight of 1000 grain is 209.20 g, water content is 43.89%.River sand or yellow soil were taken as planting seed substrate.It taked 4 to 5 days for the plants protruded from the ground.It peaked in 8 to 9 days and ended in 12 to 13 days.The germination rate was 90% to 94%.The germination rate and germination index of fruits stored at 4 ℃ were significantly higher than those at room temperature.The maximum storage duration of both temperatures was 15 days.更多还原
