基于SolidWorks的试验型立体水培系统结构设计及技巧
Structure Design and Skill of Experimental Three-Dimensional Hydroponics System Based on SolidWorks
【摘要】 SolidWorks具有功能模块多、易学易用和技术创新等特点,应用SolidWorks进行产品设计,其零件设计、装配设计和工程图之间是完全相关的。所述的试验型立体水培系统是为课题组研究智能控制系统而设计和搭建的一个试验平台;基于SolidWorks软件平台、设计库功能和管路插件,进行各构成零部件的设计、装配和管路系统的设计,并建立试验型立体水培系统所需的设备和管件设计库,可实现三维装配展示、干涉检测、运动分析、工程图输出、材料统计等功能。应用表明,基于SolidWorks可实现规范化和可视化的结构设计,提高设计效率和减少设计失误,降低试制成本。
【Abstract】 SolidWorks has the characteristics of many functional modules,easy to learn and use and technological innovation.When SolidWorks is usded in product design,the parts design,assembly design and engineering drawing are completely related. The experimental three-dimensional hydroponics system is an experimental platform designed and built for the research group to study the intelligent control system;based on the SolidWorks software platform,design library function and pipeline plug-in,the components,assembled and the pipeline system are designed,and the design library of equipment and pipe fittings needed for the experimental threedimensional hydroponics system is established. The functions of 3 D assembly display,interference detection,motion analysis,engineering drawing output,material statistics and so on are realized. The application shows that based on SolidWorks,the standardized and visual structure design can be realized,the design efficiency can be improved,the design errors can be reduced,and the cost of trial production can be reduced.
