普定水库浮游植物群落及环境因子关系研究

【摘要】 为了探讨普定水库浮游植物群落结构的分布特征及其水中的环境因子相关系,作者于2018年1-12月在普定水库进行样品采集,并测定相关水质参数及水体中的微量重金属因子(Hg、As、Cu、Ni和Pb)。通过冗余分析(RDA),结果表明:普定水库中的主要优势群落为蓝藻门、甲藻门、硅藻门浮游植物,且分布明显与总磷的逐年增加,总氮显著降低特征相关,浮游植物群落蓝藻门、甲藻门、硅藻门、绿藻门浮游植物与微量重金属元素Hg、As、Cu明显呈正相关关系,主要由于浮游植物胞外、胞内的化学官能团能与重金属离子发生相互作用,形成络合物,降低重金属对浮游植物的毒性,促进浮游植物的生长繁殖。通过主成分分析(PCA)表明,浮游植物群落甲藻门过度生长繁殖可对蓝藻门、硅藻门浮游植明显存在竞争排斥关系,促使绿藻门、金藻门、祼藻门浮游植物种类及其丰富度多样性特征增加。

【Abstract】 In order to understand that the correlation between the distribution characteristics of phytoplankton community structure and the environmental factors in the water of Puding Reservoir. the water samples were collected and the water quality parameters and trace heavy metal factors(Hg, As, Cu, Ni and Pb) in the water were determined from January to December in 2018.Through redundancy analysis(RDA), the results showed that the distribution of phytoplankton in Cyanophyta, dinoflagellate and bacillariophyta in Puding Reservoir was significantly correlated with the annual increase of total phosphorus and the significant decrease of total nitrogen. The phytoplankton of Cyanophyta, dinoflagellate, diatom and Chlorophyta in the phytoplankton community structure was positively correlated with the trace heavy metal elements Hg, As and Cu. Because of the chemical functional groups of phytoplankton can interact with heavy metal ions to form complex, reduce the toxicity of heavy metals to phytoplankton, and promote the growth and reproduction of phytoplankton. Principal component analysis(PCA) showed that the excessive growth and reproduction of dinoflagellates in community of phytoplankton could obviously compete with phytoplankton of Cyanophyta and bacillariophyta, and promote the increase of species and diversity of phytoplankton in Chlorophyta, Chrysophyta and Euglenophyta.
