【摘要】 针对目前工程造价专业人才培养过程中存在计量能力强、计价能力弱,手工计量能力强、软件计量能力弱,就业岗位宽泛但相应岗位能力不强,毕业生不能快速上岗等问题,本课题通过岗位能力分析,引入建筑信息模型(BIM)技术,重构课程体系,提出"能识图、懂工艺、会手算、精电算、可计价"的专业能力为新的培养目标,以就业为导向实施分方向教学,探索具有"书证融通"特征的工程造价专业人才培养培训新范式,以提升人才培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on Training of Engineering Cost Major, the preliminary study finds that there are still some problems in the process. On one hand, the metering ability is Strong but the valuation ability is weak, and the manual metering ability is Strong but the software metering ability is weak. On the other hand, The employment position is broad but the corresponding position ability is not strong, and Graduates can’t get on the job quickly. This study puts forward that through the post ability analysis, the building information modelling technology is introduced to reconstruct the course system, and the new training goal is the professional ability of "being able to read pictures, understand technology, be able to calculate by hand, be able to calculate by computer, and be able to calculate by price". To explore a new training paradigm of engineering cost professionals with the characteristics of "Integration of Graduate Certificate and Vocational Skill Level Certificate ", so as to improve the quality of personnel training.更多还原
