电池防护胶条边缘检测算法的设计与实现

【摘要】 针对手机电池电极端截面防护胶条贴合准确度的识别问题,本文基于数字图像处理方法设计可实现自动检测的系统。首先使用Canny算法识别出电池及胶条的上下边缘,然后用霍夫直线检测算法检测出边缘直线,获得直线方程。通过计算直线的位置关系并与已有限制参数对比,判断该胶条贴合的准确度。在胶条边缘检测的实验中验证了该程序的有效性。

【Abstract】 This paper designs an automatic recognition system based on the image processing method to identify the fitting accuracy of the protective tape at the bottom of cell phone battery. The Canny algorithm is used to detect the upper and lower edges of the battery and the protective tape, and then the Hough line detection algorithm is used to detect the edge line and obtain the equation of the line. By calculating the position relation of the lines and comparing with the limited parameters, the fitting accuracy of the protective tape is judged. The validity of the recognition program is verified by experiments.
