【摘要】 福建省是全国首批生态文明试验区,本研究总结了福建省生态文明试验区建设的基本经验及乡村产业绿色振兴的要求和对策。福建省生态文明试验区建设的作用主要体现在以生态工程建设为基础面起保障作用,以管理机制改革为切入点起引导作用,以持续机制创新为驱动力起推动作用,以推广先进经验为着力点起示范作用。福建乡村振兴与产业绿色发展有4个方面的基本要求:巩固绿色基础、严守绿色发展、实现绿色目标、推动绿色创新,其主要对策包括有效保护农业生态系统、优化改造农村传统产业、加强职能部门引导服务、发挥科技兴农驱动作用、强化一二三产高效融合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fujian is of the first batch of eco-civilization experimental areas in China. We summarized basic experience of the construction of eco-civilization experimental areas in the province,as well as requirements and countermeasures on green revitalization of rural industry. The construction is reflected in four aspects: Taking ecological engineering construction as the basis to play the guarantee role,management mechanism reform as a breakthrough point to play the guiding role,continuous mechanism innovation as a driving force to promote the demonstration role,and promotion of advanced experience as the focus. The four basic requirements for rural revitalization and industrial green development are as follows: Consolidating green foundation,strictly abiding by green development,realizing green goals and promoting green innovation. The main countermeasures include protecting agricultural ecosystem,optimizing and transforming traditional rural industries,strengthening guidance services of functional departments,giving play to the driving role of science and technology to promote agriculture,and strengthening the efficient integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.更多还原
