7种无公害农药对美国白蛾林间防效评价

【摘要】 为控制美国白蛾的危害,以清水为对照,选用20亿PIB甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂、8 000 IU苏云金杆菌油悬浮剂等7种无公害农药,每种药剂设置3个浓度梯度,研究了7种农药对美国白蛾幼虫的防治效果。结果表明:20亿PIB甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂800倍液防效为92.4%,8 000 IU苏云金杆菌油悬浮剂1 000倍液防效为93.6%,2 000 IU苜核·苏云菌悬浮剂1 000倍液防效91%,25%灭幼脲Ⅲ号悬浮剂1 500倍液防效91%,6%甲维·杀铃脲悬浮剂1 500倍液防效93.2%,1.2%烟碱·苦参碱1 000倍液防效92.5%,3%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐1 500倍液防效94.4%。20亿PIB甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂、8 000 IU苏云金杆菌油悬浮剂、2 000 IU苜核·苏云菌悬浮剂等生物农药具有选择性杀虫功效,对天敌昆虫无伤害。应用生物农药(仿生)防治美国白蛾幼虫的最佳龄期为3龄前,防治美国白蛾高龄幼虫时,可选用3%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐等高效低毒农药,防治效果良好。

【Abstract】 In order to control the harm of Hyphantria cunea, with clear water as a control, 2 billion PIB Spodoptera leucocephalus nuclear polyhedrosis virus suspension, 8 000 IU Bacillus thuringiensis oil suspension and etc. seven kinds of pollution-free pesticides, three concentration gradients were set for each pesticide, and the control effects of seven pesticides on the larvae of Hyphantria cunea were studied. Result show that the control effect of 2 billion PIB Spodoptera brassicae nuclear polyhedrosis virus suspension agent 800 times liquid is 92.4%, 8 000 IU Bacillus thuringiensis oil suspension liquid 1 000 times liquid control effect is 93.6%, and 2 000 IU alfalfa· thuringiensis suspension The control effect of 1 000 times liquid is 91%, the control effect of 25% chlorfenuron Ⅲ 1 500 times liquid is 91%, the control effect of 6% emamectin·triflumuron 1 500 times liquid is 93.2%, and the control effect of 1.2% alkali·matrine with 1 000 times liquid is 92.5%, and the control effect of 3% emamectin benzoate with 1 500 times liquid is 94.4%. Biological pesticides such as 2 billion PIB Brassica napus nuclear polyhedrosis virus suspension, 8 000 IU Bacillus thuringiensis oil suspension, and 2 000 IU alfalfa·thuringiensis suspension agent have selective insecticidal effects and are not harmful to natural enemy insects. The best instar for the application of biological pesticides(biomimetic) to control the larvae of Hyphantria cunea is before the third instar. When controlling the advanced instar larvae of Hyphantria cunea, high-efficiency and low-toxic pesticides such as 3% emamectin benzoate can be used for prevention and control. The effect is good.
