【Abstract】 In order to improve the cutting effect of Carpinus cordata, four concentrations of IBA Hormone & two substrates were selected, the cutting experiments of different hormone concentrations and different substrates were conducted in the shade shed. Result shows that perlite as matrix and IBA 3 000 mg·L^-1 are optimal, the rooting rate is 38%, the number of lateral roots is 9.7 and the length of lateral roots is 3.2 cm.更多还原
