加氢重汽油氧化萃取脱硫研究

【摘要】 以炼油厂提供的重油催化裂化装置生产得到的催化汽油经过一段加氢脱硫处理后硫含量为35μg/g (0.003 5%)的汽油为原料,进行氧化萃取脱硫,以过氧化氢为氧化剂,甲酸为催化剂,考察了过氧化氢加入量、甲酸用量、氧化温度、氧化时间对汽油氧化萃取脱硫的影响。最终确定:在30%过氧化氢水溶液1.0 mL,甲酸用量0.8 mL,氧化温度65℃,氧化时间60 min,后以N, N-二甲基甲酰胺作为萃取剂,剂油比2.7∶1,萃取级数为3,35℃条件下萃取30 min时,硫含量由35μg/g降至5.0μg/g,脱硫率达到85.7%。

【Abstract】 Gasoline with the sulfur content of 35 μg/g(0.003 5%) after a stage of hydrodesulfurization of catalytic gasoline from a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit provided by the refinery was used as the raw material and the desulfurization was carried out by oxidation and extraction. The effects of hydrogen peroxide addition, formic acid dosage, oxidation temperature and oxidation time on gasoline oxidation extraction desulfurization were investigated using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant and formic acid as catalyst. Finally, the sulfur content was reduced from 35 μg/g to 5.0 μg/g and the desulfurization rate reached 85.7% in 30 min of extraction at 35 ℃, when 30%aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution was 1.0 mL, formic acid dosage was 0.8 mL, oxidation temperature was 65 ℃, oxidation time was 60 min, and followed by N, N-dimethylformamide as extractant, agent-oil ratio 2.7∶1, extraction stage number 3.
