超临界二氧化碳中硼酸催化合成聚己内酯

【摘要】 聚己内酯(PCL)具有良好的生物相容性和生物降解性,是优良的生物医用可降解材料,可用作缓释胶囊,因而倍受国内外医药界及相关研究人员的关注。超临界二氧化碳(Sc-CO2)是一种环境友好型溶剂,将其作为介质参与反应无毒无害。文章综述了聚己内脂、Sc-CO2和硼酸的特点,阐述了硼酸催化合成聚己内脂的原理,简要介绍了聚己内脂在生物医药领域中的应用,并对聚己内酯的发展方向进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Polycaprolactone(PCL) has good biocompatibility and biodegradability.It is an excellent biomedical biodegradable material.It can be used as sustained release capsule.Therefore,it has attracted the attention of pharmaceutical industry and related researchers at home and abroad.Supercritical carbon dioxide(Sc-CO2) is an environmentally friendly solvent,and it is non-toxic and harmless to participate in the reaction as a medium.The characteristics of polycaprolactone(PCL),Sc-CO2 and boric acid were reviewed.The synthesis principle of polycaprolactone catalyzed by boric acid was expounded.The applications of PCL in biomedical field were briefly introduced,and the development directions of PCL were prospected.
