【摘要】 文章重点介绍了联合国粮农组织(FAO)与国际饲料工业协会(IFIF)2020年联合修订出版的《饲料行业良好管理规范(Good Practices for Feed Sector)》中与饲料有关的健康危害分析的主要内容。该规范是为贯彻《食品法典——良好动物饲养的规范(The Codex Alimentarius Code of Practiceon Good Animal Feeding)》而制定的,其目的是基于"同一健康(The one health)"方针,确保在动物性食品产业链上饲料生产供应环节的饲料安全,进而保证饲养动物的安全和动物性食品的安全、营养与多样化。同时关注饲养动物的福利和环境保护。主动的、正确而充分的饲料危害分析是做好饲料质量安全管理的前提条件。随着科技创新的进步,新的饲料原料和饲料添加剂的应用可能会引入新的危害,而在饲料原料生产过程中环境条件的变化、新化学品的使用等也会产生新的危害。因此,饲料危害分析需要持续进行,对饲料安全危害的控制措施也需要不断改进和更新,唯此才能持续保证饲料和动物性食品的安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of the article was to introduce the main contents of the health hazards associated with feed and analysis of the 2 nd edition of Good Practices for Feed Sector for implementing The Codex Alimentarius Code of Practice on Good Animal Feeding 2020 published by Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations(FAO) and International Feed Industry Federation(IFIF).The practice applied The one health approach,aimed at contributing to ensure the production and availability of safe,nutritious and diversified food of animal origin for all,while respecting the environment and the welfare of the animals we care for.The active,correct and sufficient feed hazard analysis was the prerequisite for the good management of feed quality and safety.As the scientific and technological innovations progress,new hazards might be introduced to feed production by the application of new feed ingredients and additives in feed products.The changes in environment conditions in feed ingredients production and the use of new chemicals also bring new safety hazards into the feeds.Therefore,feed hazard analysis needed to be continued,and the control measures for feed safety hazard also needed to be improved constantly,only in this way could we continuously ensure the safety of feed and food of animal origin.更多还原
