鱼菜共生系统中植物根系微生物及氮转化影响因素研究进展
Research Progress on the Plant Root Microbiota and Factors Affecting Nitrogen Transformations in the Aquaponics System
【摘要】 鱼菜共生系统是指水产养殖技术与水耕栽培结合的一种绿色养殖新模式.该系统内的微生物参与不同类型的氮循环,调节养殖水环境,其中植物根系微生物在鱼菜共生系统中同样发挥着重要的作用.在鱼菜共生系统养殖新模式的研究中,由于水生动物、菜种类繁多、环境多变、共生系统设计多样,导致植物根系微生态群落的研究面临巨大的挑战.本文在总结鱼菜共生基本情况的基础上,重点介绍了鱼菜共生系统中根系微生物群落的结构和作用、氮转化的影响因素和微生物群落研究技术手段的研究进展,并提出了4个有关鱼菜共生系统中植物根系微生物的研究方向:(1)开展微生物根定植的研究;(2)探究植物生长促进微生物的作用机制;(3)筛选植物根系优质菌种并加以应用;(4)验证植物生长促进微生物大规模应用的可行性.
【Abstract】 Aquaponics system is a new model of combination of aquaculture(fish farming)and hydroponics(plant growing without soil).Microorganisms in the system participate in different types of nitrogen cycle and purify the water quality of aquaculture.Also,plant root microbiota plays an important role in aquaponics system.The study of plant root microbiota faced the great challenges due to the variety of aquatic animal and vegetables,the varied environment and the diverse symbiosis system design of aquaponics system.On the basis of summarizing the basic situation of aquaponics system,this paper mainly introduced on the root microbiota structure and function in aquaponics system,factors affecting nitrogen transformations in aquaponic systems and microbial community research techniques.In the future,the study of microbiota in aquaponics system can be carried out from the following four aspects:(1)research on microbial root colonization;(2)explore the mechanism of plant growth promoting microorganisms;(3)screen and apply of high-quality strains of plant root microbiota;(4)verify the stability and feasibility of large-scale application of plant growth promoting microbes.
