基于太阳能热水监测系统的设计运行匹配度研究
Matching Degree of Design and Operation Based on Solar Hot Water Monitoring System
【摘要】 在太阳能热水监测系统实际运行效果评价过程中,为了解决有些监测项目因上传数据部分缺失或异常,导致无法采用常规运行指标进行评价的问题,提出了"基于太阳能热水监测系统设计运行匹配度(MDO)"的评价方法。对MDO基本概念进行了定义,并推导了MDO的数学模型,以缺失部分数据的2个监测项目为例,计算了逐月和全年的MDO值。以监测数据相对完整的一个项目为例,进行相关性分析,得到MDO与太阳能保证率、系统集热效率之间具有弱相关性。对基于太阳能热水监测系统的实际运行效果评价时采用常规运行指标或MDO进行评价的优先级进行了排序;在监测数据完整且有效时,应优先采用常规运行指标评价,当监测数据缺失时,MDO可作为主要评价方法。
【Abstract】 In the process of evaluating the actual operation of the solar hot water monitoring system, to solve the problem that some monitoring items cannot be evaluated with conventional operation indicators caused by missing or abnormal uploaded data, an evaluation method-“matching degree of operation(MDO) based on the solar hot water monitoring system” is proposed. The basic concepts of MDO are defined, and the mathematical model of MDO is derived. The monthly and annual MDO values are calculated through two monitoring items with missing data. Taking a project with relatively complete monitoring data as an example, it is obtained that MDO correlates weakly with solar energy guarantee rate and system heat collection efficiency with correlation analysis. The priority of using conventional energy efficiency indicators or MDO evaluation is sorted when the actual operation of the solar hot water monitoring system is evaluated. When the monitoring data is complete and valid, priority should be given to the evaluation of conventional operation indicators. When the monitoring data is missing, MDO can be used as the main evaluation method.
