【摘要】 随着住宅的发展,分离式核心筒高层住宅不断被建造,联廊作为分离式核心筒的重要部分,可改善住宅自然通风,但对住宅中间套型的采光产生影响。结合实例分析了联廊的宽度、长度以及栏板(杆)对采光的影响,剖析了联廊与外围护结构形成的天井与采光的关系。提出了减少联廊宽度,提高联廊长度,采用透光性能较好的栏板(杆)材质,减小光井指数以及套型房间置换,增大窗户面积等优化措施,力求进一步改善采光效果,优化天然光环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the housing industry, an increasing number of high-rise residential structures with separating core-tubes are built. As an essential component of separating core-tubes, corridors can enhance the natural ventilation of residence. However, the lighting of middle dwelling-size residence is impaired. This study adopts examples to analyze the impact of the corridor′s width, length and railings on residential lighting, and the relationship between lighting and the patios constructed by corridors and envelope structure. The study gives several suggestions to improve natural lighting: reducing the width of corridors but increasing its length, use railing materials with better light transmittance, and decrease patio size, along with changing room design, expanding the size of windows etc.更多还原
