风道系统单位风量耗功率实测与判定分析

【摘要】 节能检测中,发现按照JGJ/T177—2009《公共建筑节能检测标准》中风机单位风量耗功率的检测值不能满足GB50189—2015《公共建筑节能设计标准》中风道系统单位风量耗功率的限值要求。通过理论与实测分析,对按空调机组余压设计或带处理设备的机械通风系统,在两个标准中单位风量耗功率计算式的含义并不相同,不应直接引用。鉴于此,推导出了风道系统单位风量耗功率实测计算式,并对实测结果的判定方法进行了分析。

【Abstract】 In the energy-saving test,it was found that according to JGJ/T 177—2009 "Standard for energy efficiency of public buildings ",the measured value of unit air volume power consumption of fan cannot meet the requirements of per unit air volume ’s power consumption of wind tunnel system in GB50189—2015 "Design standard for energy efficiency of public buildings". Through theoretical and practical analysis,for the mechanical ventilation system designed according to the residual pressure of air conditioning units or with treatment equipment,the meaning of power consumption per unit air volume in the two standards is different and should not be quoted directly. In view of this,the calculation formula of power consumption per unit air volume of air duct system is derived,and the actual measurement result is analyzed.
