【Abstract】 China protects intellectual property rights of planting new varieties in order to protect breeders’ rights and interests, and encourage them to continue to invest and cultivate new varieties.The authors reviewed the system of the protection of new varieties of forestry plants in China, summarized the general situation of the protection in Hubei Province.Meanwhile, some countermeasures for protecting new varieties were advised.更多还原
