【摘要】 目的探讨完整结肠系膜切除术治疗结肠癌的临床效果。方法随机抽取2016年7月至2019年7月于商丘市第一人民医院接受手术治疗的结肠癌患者95例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为两组。参照组(n=47)予以常规结肠癌根除术,观察组(n=48)予以完整结肠系膜切除术。比较两组患者的手术指标(手术操作时长、术中出血量、术后排气时间、淋巴结清除量),术后并发症(吻合口漏、切口感染、肿瘤残留),术后生活质量相关指标(健康指数、情感得分、社会指数、生活满意度)的评分情况。结果相比于参照组,观察组患者的手术操作时长、术后排气时间均明显缩短(P <0.05),术中出血量明显下降(P <0.05),淋巴结清除量明显提高(P <0.05),观察组患者的术后并发症发生率明显下降19.23%(P <0.05),观察组患者的生活质量评分明显增高(P <0.05)。结论对结肠癌患者应用完整结肠系膜切除术进行治疗,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,降低术后并发症的发生率,提高淋巴结清除效率,改善患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical application value of colon mesentery in the treatment of colon cancer patients. Methods Ninety-five patients with colon cancer who underwent surgical treatment in the First People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from July 2016 to July 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects,and all patients were divided into two groups by random number table method. The reference group( n = 47) was routinely eradicated for colon cancer,and the observation group( n = 48) underwent complete mesocolonectomy. The surgical indicators( operation length,postoperative bleeding volume,postoperative bleeding time,lymph node clearance) of the two groups,and the postoperative complications( anastomotic leakage,incision infection,tumor residuals),the scores of quality of life related indicators( health index,emotional score,social index,life satisfaction)of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the reference group,the observation group had significantly shorter operation time and postoperative exhaust time( P < 0. 05),significantly reduced postoperative bleeding volume( P < 0. 05),and significantly improved lymph node clearance( P < 0. 05)The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group decreased significantly by 19. 23%( P < 0. 05),and the quality of life score of the observation group increased significantly( P < 0. 05).Conclusions Treatment of colon cancer patients with complete mesorectal excision can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the efficiency of lymph node clearance,and improve the prognosis of patients.更多还原
