【Abstract】 Objective: The pollen morphology of two species of Cistanche in Chinese Pharmacopoeia was studied to establish the experimental basis for the classification and identification of Cistanche. Methods: The pollen morphology of Cistanche deserticola and Cistanche tubulosa was observed and measured by scanning electron microscope. Results: The pollen grains of the two species of Cistanche have their own special morphological and structural characteristics in shape, germinating pore and exine ornamentation. Conclusion: Spore-pollen study can be used as the basis for the identification of Cistanche.更多还原
